Imagine yourself coming upon such a site, located in the beautiful mountains of the uKhahlamba-Drakensberg, a World Heritage site in South Africa. These are paintings of the San people, the oldest known inhabitants of the area, and they depict eland (a kind of deer with long, extended necks). Some of the eland depicted at the top are superimposed over elephants, while others appear in the distance, faded and much smaller in size. Our 1-inch thick, polished blocks are crafted using a unique casting method that ensures crystal-clear, deep, and realistic images.
